Delivery Times We can make deliveries in the United Kingdom within 3 working days on clearance of payment, * Normally, all orders are dispatched when the order is processed and Address Verification is complete, any delays in these processes may delay delivery times. Product availability will also have an effect on delivery, of a couple of days or longer. In case of a delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
All orders are carefully packed and despatched from our central distribution centre located in West London, close to Heathrow Airport and are fully insured against loss or damage. Our normal delivery hours are Monday - Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm . Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request but will incur an additional charge.
Delivery Charges A delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket. This will be based on product value/weight and your delivery address. All delivery charges are calculated on the courier rates and any handling charges that are applicable. Some products may have 'free delivery' for promotional purposes.
Delivery prices quoted on onestopcaraudio.co.uk are for UK mainland delivery only. This excludes the Scottish Highlands , Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. If you live outside the UK , you will be contacted upon receipt of your order to confirm the delivery charge or alternatively please email or telephone for a delivery quotation. International parcels are charged by weight of which the details can be obtained from either our sales hotline team or by sending an email to [email protected] . Terms IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT ALL ORDERS THAT ARE ACCEPTED, PROCESSED, AND DESPATCHED, ARE DONE SO, UNDER THE STRICT UNDERSTANDING THAT TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE. . Process Orders received are charged, and screened through three credit checks. Goods not in stock or by special order are ordered direct from the manufacturers. Goods are picked and packed and sent via overnight courier.

Tracking Your Order All mainland United Kingdom parcels are despatched via overnight service through Initial Citylink couriers. All parcels are electronically tagged to enable tracking.

Each order that is despatched from our warehouse is done so, with a unique order reference number, this number will be emailed to you on despatch of your goods, and will enable you to trace your parcel via our couriers. Initiate Trace To trace your order visit www.city-link.co.uk and select one of the tabs to the left of the screen to navigate you through the tracking process.
Step 1. Click on the tab along the left margin 'Track Your Parcel'.
Step 2. Insert your City Link job ref. No. and your unique customer ref. No. of which would have been emailed to you at point of despatch.
Step 3. You now have a detailed breakdown of the current status of your parcel, and it's anticipated delivery. Return Of Faulty Goods Under Warranty CarAudio4Less is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities: The warranty shall not apply if the goods have been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way by the customer; this includes connection cables and looms. Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods supplied or delivered to UK mainland addresses carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Prior to taking any action we would ask you to mail on [email protected]. We may be able to resolve the problem on the telephone or at the very least advise on the appropriate action to take. Please ensure the RA number is written clearly on the outside on the packaging, to ensure expedience on dealing with your product. There may be occasions due to the nature of the fault when it could be necessary to return the product to the original manufacturer, if so this may take longer dependant on the manufacturer's turnaround time. Alternatively the goods may be taken to any local dealership that has an approved service centre for the manufacturer in question. On receipt of the returned product we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Provided that the goods are found to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there will be no charge for rectification and in the case of mail order customers CarAudio4Less will pay for the return of the goods. If following the testing process the product is found to be in good working order and without defect we will return the product to you, the carriage cost of which will be your responsibility and require settlement prior to return. Customers returning goods to our In-store returns departments should bring with them proof of purchase. Mail order customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the goods to us. The following may be helpful: a) Please ensure the equipment is adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. b) Do not forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase and also a full description of the fault. Please supply a daytime contact telephone number and return address. Please ensure adequate insurance is taken to safeguard the value of the returned product.
